Pay Data Capture

No need to submit all those various forms detailing such items as sales commission, bonuses and overtime. Team Leaders and Managers complete and submit the necessary data for their team for approval directly to the Payroll Manager. This is then transferred to the payroll system. No need for re-keying of payroll data.

Payroll History

The Payroll History application allows managers, directors and administrators to view historical pay data, thereby increasing the visibility of pay data to authorised users.

This can also be enabled to allow employees are able to view their pay details on-line. No need for them to contact the Payroll/HR department for copy payslips and the like.

Managers can create reports and views of the payments made through the payroll, such as overtime and commission for their team. Similarly for deductions such as attachment of earning orders.
