Action File recommends data collection terminals and door access controls manufactured by Custom Micro to complement the Action File Time & Attendance software. Clock units are required to give accurate information regarding hours worked and absences of staff, this method of data capture can apply to administrative as well as factory personnel.
The 900 series terminals are a cost effective solution to provide time and attendance data, their compact size and backlit LCD display provide a modern wall mounted unit to collect accurate clocking information. The terminal can be supplied to read Magnetic cards, Bar Coded cards, Smart Cards, or Proximity badges or key tags, making these units adaptable for most operations and environments. This system can be enhanced by the addition of door access units, which maintain security and can provide an audit of people entering and leaving the premises.
