Action File offers you the option of additional modules to extend the functionality of the standard HR system.
P11D
Produce P11D returns for HMRC and your employees. It automatically calculates employees' taxable benefits and prints the necessary document for HMRC and employee. An annual upgrade keeps you up-to-date and in line with current legislation.
Recruitment
This module provides you with the ability to record information about applicants and their progress through the recruitment cycle - and for subsequent transfer into the live employee database should they join the organisation. The administrative burden is eased as letters to referees and applicants at each stage can be produced with a click of the button.
Employee Development (includes Training Administration)
Maintain a history of employee appraisals as well as a central record of their skill/competency levels to date. Competency gaps in your workforce can be identified and with this information training plans are established and staff are deployed more effectively. The Training Administration feature allows you to create course waiting lists, make bookings, manage resources, assess performance and manage training providers all with the HR System.
