Timesheet and pay data modules integrate naturally with both HR & Payroll modules. In addition they also integrate seamlessly with the Payroll Bureau Service.

Starter and leaver details can be input in HR as normal and immediately recognised by the pay data & timesheet modules. In addition data such as pre-booked holidays can be utilised and sickness details recorded on timesheet uploaded to absence modules.
Timesheet and pay data can also be uploaded to Payroll saving the need to re-key variable pay data.

How it works:
  • Pay data is captured for staff via the Timesheet zone
  • Workflows are used to submit and authorise timesheets or pay batches
  • Payroll then release the data for the next Payrun
  • When the Payrun is completed data and reports are downloaded from Payroll to the Document Store
  • Authorised Managers can then view Pay Data and Reports

  • The interface removes any need for duplication of data
  • Timesheet and Pay data is devolved to manager level
  • Managers see pay views and payslips via the document store
